Do a test punch on the side of the ring card to find the right size hole to fit the hollow swab tube.
I had to enlarge the tube holes for the tube to fit over the thick engine hook retainer sleeve.

The ring on the left shows the elongated punch hole for the swab tube.

The elongated punch allows the blue hollow swab tube to sit higher above the hook retainer.

Here's the finished mount with the replaceable Kevlar tube in place.

Directly above the retainer ring is a wrap of electrical tape holding the small blue tube in place.
Notice the tube extends a little outside the ends of the centering rings.
The Kevlar loop will be tied on later in the build.
