Make Your Own Engine Hooks Part 3


In the picture, the bend you just made is to the left, out of frame. Take the engine casing and set it against that first bend.

I use the casing only as a measuring device - note the pliers are not butted up against the casing! You'll need that little space to allow for the bend and clearance when installing the engine.


Pinch and hold the pliers where they are now and remove the casing. Make the second bend like the first - smooth, quick and sharp.
