  1. It has the Klingspor logo-you can't go wrong with that brand. Used it many times in woodworking-it lasts far beyond what 3M and other brands can do. Costs a bit more, but well worth it in the long run.

    1. Thanks Thomas,
I appreciate the information on Klingspor. If it's anything like the newer "Pro-Grade" or other upgrade sandpapers, they are worth the extra money. I've been very impressed by the new sandpapers. They don't load up as easily then cleaned off and reused.

  2. Oh, that's great! I love the Great Planes sander, but I have to leave the apartment, go downstairs and outside with a bunch of newspapers in hand, and hope it's not windy, every time I want to use the spray adhesive. I tried setting the sandpaper into a cardboard box to keep from getting adhesive all over the room, but a large plume of the stuff blew back and started settling on the hardwood floor.

And it's tricky, because the brand of spray adhesive I currently have on hand says you should hold the can upright. If I put the sandpaper down on the ground to spray it, the adhesive can come out weird and gummy.

(FYI, currently I have a couple large cans of Loctite. Before that, I was using some kind of Elmer's craft spray adhesive, which was spray-in-any-direction. Which is why I liked that stuff better, at least for using on sandpaper.)
