Notice the fin fillet.
TIP: On a long fillet like this, I only do half of the length at a time. Smoothing too long a line of glue causes it to build up under your fingertip and increase the width of the fillet.
Do about half of the fillet, smooth with a fingertip. Then do the other half of the fillet.
The wings are large, I'd recommend using the "double-glue" technique.
The two fins on the underside are set at an angle using the supplied template.
I found I needed to tape the template in place to coax the fins to the correct angle.

DeleteThe "double glue" technique was something G. Harry Stine came up with, or is at least attributed to him.
Apply a line of glue down the root edge of the fin. Press the fin onto the body tube ands remove, leaving some glue on the alignment pencil line on the tube.
Let dry for a moment.
Re-apply another line of glue to the root edge of the fin and press back onto the (glued) alignment line.
The fin should "grab" onto the half-dried glue line on the body tube.
This technique comes in handy when you are dealing with large or heavy fins. You won't have to hold the fin in place as long while the glue dries.
