First Camping Adventure

Well - I'm Camping!

First time in years in my new leetle box. I was a little nervous about towing, backing in and setting up - but all went well!

I (proudly) have the smallest camper at the KOA. The picture below shows a big one behind it for a size comparison.
Tomorrow I go to tour the Cape - camera in hand.

Don't expect regular build posts for the next two days. Their Wi-Fi is worse than the cruise ships!

    1. Hi Jimmy,
My Cape Kennedy report will be in a few days - not your standard coverage. I'll point out the weird things there.

    1. Hi J.W.,
So far it's been fun and a real learning experience. Time will tell -

  3. We’re debating on whether a small camper is in our future, might try renting one to see if it’s something we’d like. Let us know how your camper does if you have any rain - I’ve read elsewhere that those Runaway brand trailers can be leaky.

    1. Hi Openroad,
Last year Runaway went to all composite wall and roof construction - no chance of wood rot. The new roofs are one piece and "roll over" the walls so there's little chance of leaks.
