I really doubt an Estes representative or employee in Penrose had much to do with the letter that went to Semroc.
Those decisions were probably handled through the corporate offices at Hobbico.
Hobbico can't stop anyone from selling body tubes, but they might ask vendors not to use the Estes catalog numbers.
Anyone can buy and resell tubing from Euclid.
