The Kevlar is fed through the lower assembly and tied to the 1/8" engine block.
Using the remaining coupler as a depth guide, glue the engine block into place.
The instruction placement of the engine block will have the engine sticking 1/4" out the back of the rocket. On this small of model that seemed like a lot of engine sticking out the back. I set my engine block in place so onlly 1/8" of the engine will stick out.
