The front end of the tail fins tuck under the intake tube.
Extend the positioning lines onto the intake so you have something to center them on.
I went ahead and put a Titebond M&TG fillet on the front and rear of the spine piece. It might be hard to get the fillet right after the wing is glued on.
For the strongest joint, sand an angle into the root edge of the wing fins. You'll get complete contact of the root edges to the side of the spine.
