Estes Skylab #001973, Build, Part 26, Lowest Wrap Black Mask

The black areas on the low end wrap are outlined as before.

Here's the white areas masked off, again placing tape strips down the middle of the wide black ink edge borders.

That's a LOT of tape! I couldn't use plastic grocery bags for these smaller areas.

I was left with some cleaning up.

On the white area you can see a light black smudge. That was removed with a Mr. Clean Magic sponge.

Down the middle there is a small ink line where the pen slipped into the white. I'll scrape off some of the black without going into the white layer. Then a white brush touchup should cover any discoloration.

If you brush white onto full black, you might get a gray area as the black ink is dissolved.
