Fliskits Pheord X150 Build Part 9 Antenna Gluing & Finished!


This was a fun, quick build except for the antennas!
They weren't easy to bend but really add a lot to the looks of the model.
The antennas were hooked under the trailing edge of the fins and set into a 15 minute epoxy fillet.

The kit did include an engine block, it was never mentioned in the instructions.





I've seen a Pheord X-150 fly well before, I've bought some C6-0 engines for it.

Here's the back end, look close to see the antennas sitting in the root edge.



I knew this design looked familiar.
Except for the larger size and redneck graphics it's the same design used in one of the OOP Fliskit Triple Threat saucers.
This one is the UFF Athena flown with 13mm engines.
