Which head (nose cone) do you prefer? Please comment below.
The newer head (on the left) is a bit like the Lost In Space robot, clear with details inside.
The original design resembles a robot toy from early sci-fi.
They are different! If I can get prototypes built, then comes flight testing.
If a kit is produced, they will be more colorful.
I like them both. the left one looks to be more stable in flight. The right one reminds me of the Jetsons. The left has my vote.
ReplyDeleteLike the one on the left as well. That one also looks like it would be easy to modify the inside and make it your own.
ReplyDeleteI lean left as well. Looks cool.
ReplyDeleteI like the right it's unique shapingand more interesting construction. With out more detail/face it reads as less of a robot to me
ReplyDeleteKids will not know what the left one is!
ReplyDeleteI'm partial to the "Rosie" style on the right, (shows my age!). Perhaps you could make the kit customizable, or even produce both versions. (I heard that groan, lol.)
ReplyDeleteI do like the look of the clear head with details inside -- not only is it like B9 from (Lost in Space), but also his older brother Robby (from Forbidden Planet) -- both iconic TV/movie robots were designed by Robert Kinoshita.
ReplyDeleteI like the left one, but it looks like the robots face on the right is a sticker. Could you apply the sticker to the clear face of the left one? I think that would look cool, seeing the face over the internals of the left with both looks contributing. It would give some 'focus' to the otherwise faceless, but cool internal details on the left.
ReplyDeleteThe one on the right looks like a classic 1960 robot. My preference
