The low end of the escape tower nose and tail cone was chipped and very rough. I probably wouldn't have included this part in the kit.
A bead of thinned CWF was rolled on the edge using a Q-tip.
This was sanded with 220 grit on a block. I had to go back and do more filling and sanding.
Here you can see the sanded and re-shaped line of CWF around the bottom edge.
The two pieces can be cut with a fine tooth razor saw.

30 minutes to assemble the 12" capsule parachute
