Quest AS-1 Escort Build, Part 6, Fins?

Please understand I don't mean to sound overly critical on this build. There were omissions and mistakes in the parts and instructions. The "Gotchas" are here to help out another builder. This kit had more Gotchas than normal and is no longer in production. 
There has been an occasional omission in my own Odd'l Rockets kits. It helps when a customer lets you know so corrections can be made. I'm lucky, I can do short run prints of instructions. 
The big vendors have to get everything right before thousands of instruction sets are printed. Add to that, most kit production is done overseas so pre-production checks and approval is critical. 

The upper half shows the fins in the parts list illustration. Below is the laser cut sheet in the kit.
GOTCHA: The "Wing Fins 2" aren't cut in half.
GOTCHA: The small "Strake Fin" (lower right)  is (sort of) illustrated in the instructions but isn't laser cut into the balsa sheet.

I had to guess the size of the strake fin using the face card illustration.

Below is cutting the Wing Fins 2 down the missing center line.

The small wing fins 2 are glued to the larger wing fins 1 down a straightedge.
