The inside green areas had to be covered so again tape had to be tucked in the top of the root edge pocket.
The black shot without any problems and the mask lines were clean.
The black paint is the Ace Hardware Premium Enamel, my new "go-to" paint.
The entire nose cone is painted gloss black, an easy mask.
The nose cone shoulder was taped off just below the shoulder edge. Below that is some copy paper rolled into a tight tube for a handle.
Some edge touch-up was needed.
I kept it easy with a Sharpie, carefully rolled down the edge without going into the green.
Man, those lines are sharp. Any trouble with returning that bad can of green spray paint? Too often I have the same problem.
ReplyDeleteHi Jimmy, No real problem returning paint at Home Depot. This was purchased at Ace Hardware. I'll probably trade it for a can of their Premium Enamel, a pretty good spray paint.
