
This isn't going to be an easy mask.
There's uneven surfaces around the plastic reducer, a small step from the main body tube down to the ribbed tail cone.
I'm using clear Scotch tape again. Because the overall surface is white, the edges were hit with a wide point marker so I could see the actual line placement.

This shows the mask for the two red fins.
Cut up plastic grocery bags were used to cover the larger masked areas.

I can see now why Quest suggested the gray base color. The white reducer doesn't look quite right, it's a little stark next to he black and red fins.
