I haven't seen this design before - I don't know if it is an upcoming kit or not.
There’s been some speculation that it’s a Shrox design that never reached production - which fits the general concept of the Designer Series. Regardless I hope there’s a kit coming to match the picture 😎

Perhaps it's the one that Bill Simon is holding up in the photo?
