To the left, here's the nozzles bells cut right off the plastic trees and dry fitted together.
On the right how they'll fit after cleaning up the edges.
Like all plastic parts, one side has alignment pins and the other alignment holes for the pins to fit in.
On the side without the pins, sand the edge flat on a sanding block.
There is usually some small molding "flash" that'll prevent the two sides from fitting together well.
Don't over sand, just a few passes on 220 grit will be enough.
On the side with the pins, set your block above and below the pins. Don't sand off the pins.
Once again, don't overdo it! Just sand enough to even up the glue joint surface.
