Don't wait to long to remove the outside tape. Remove it just as the shroud is setting up before any glue can seep through the seam and into the masking tape.
I like to "set" the seam by rolling over it with clean dowels.
Remove the masking tape from the outside and towards the seam.
Once again, this is to prevent tearing the card stock material.

A dowel goes inside under the seam. A second dowel rolls over the top pressing and forming the seam down while the glue is still setting up.
Stay on the seam only! If you roll too far from the center seam, you might emboss the outside edges of the interior tab.
After test fitting the three shrouds made, this one was picked.
It had the best seam match and top and bottom fit against the body tubes.
Enlarge it to see the fit.
I'll be skipping Step 8 and working on the nozzles later.

Time spent on build: :30 dressing seams and fitting 3 shrouds
Total time on build so far: 12:00
