Estes Buys Goex - Black Powder Producer

The Hodgdon Company is closing the GOEX BP plant in Louisiana. 
Goex was the largest domestic producer of black powder. 

As reported yesterday by Scott on YORF - 
Estes has purchased Goex Industries.

    It’s been a hoot watching all the reactions and discussions on the forums and FB pages about Estes and GOEX - a great deal of it very speculative (including everything from me but my initial comment). Hopefully there’ll be more info from Estes Industries owner John Langford’s during his keynote presentation during vNARCON Saturday night.
