Saturn V Flight Video

 


Estes just released a video of the new Saturn V kit.

I built this "Flight" version for Estes.
Display or "Photo" models are better finished and more detailed.
This build got a gloss finish because it would be handled. Flat finishes pick up dirt and oil stains from fingers.

Good thing it was stable!

    Did you use the paint Mask? If so, how well did they help?

      Hi Bill,
      The flight version I built was a pre-production kit made up of older instructions, previous parts and the newer parts. The box did not have the masking templates.
