Discontinued Quest Kits?

When I got the Rockets Of The World book from NARTS, order forms from Belleview Wholesale Hobby were enclosed.
There were three pages of products, one each from Estes, Custom and Quest.

The Quest page had these kits listed under "DISCONTINUED""
