The lug fit through the #1 shroud was very good.
The fit on shroud #2 and #3 needed some tweaking.
Here the shrouds are dry fitted over the engine mount and 2060 centering ring. The lug was slid in place.
The card stock was carefully trimmed around the lug with a sharp knife. I simply trimmed down any of the oval edge that was raised and distorted by the lug pressing against the shroud.
The oval cutout in shroud #3 needed to be slightly enlarged.
With the shroud and lug in place, the nozzle bell wasn't round.
The pressure of the lug was pressing too hard against the wide end of the nozzle shroud.
In the picture you can see the top of the oval was made larger with my rotary punch.
The oval sides were trimmed to match the wider top of the oval.
An engine casing was used for support inside the nozzle while cutting.
