Centuri Upper Stage Instructions?

On YORF, RTuinila asked about the Centuri Black Widow instructions.
I looked up the older Black Widow and found this.

Centuri recommended using Jetex wick in the upper stage. The wick (actually Jetex version of a fuse) is folded into a tight coil.
The booster section ignites the fuse and that ignites the upper stage engine.

Here's the engine instructions:

Centuri used a Jetex syle wick for many years in their "Sure-Shot" igniters.
