Semroc Saber Parasite Glider Build, Part 3, Assembly


The instructions mention rounding the leading edges after the glider is glued together. It is easier to do this before the model is glued together.
This balsa is thin - go light!





The vertical stabilizers are glued into the pre-cut slots in the wing. Be sure they are set in perpendicular to the wing surface.




The ends of the small "hold down" lug was a bit rough. They were cut clean with a single edge razor blade.



The circles at the front of the glider body are to retain the clay balancing weight. There is some very smart design features on this small glider.
