Scavenger! Build Part 2 DIY Centering Rings

TIP: Here's your cheap tip for the week!
Framing stores or framing departments at craft stores always have unusable smaller squares of 1/16" thick mat board.
These are the center squares left over from the wide outside border cuts. These are perfect for making your centering rings.
You can usually get these for next to nothing, the last bunch I picked up were free!

The mat material shown here is white on one side and black on the other.
Trace around your tube with a fine point mechanical pencil.
This outside circle is wider than the inside diameter of the tube it will fit into. It'll be trimmed to size later on.




Find and clearly mark the center intersections.

On this model I'll cut out four rings to make two laminated rings.
