Estes Saturn V Build Part 25 Tower

To get that curve out of the tower side plastic, heat it in water.
Heat water in a pan until it just starts to boil.
You should practice with a scrap piece of plastic to check how pliable it'll be once heated.

Here I'm using a piece of scrap plastic from the tower tree.

Hold the plastic in the hot water with tweezers.
Take it out and immediately bend it to the new shape. Don't force the bend!
Use a light force to straighten it out and hold it in the new position until the plastic cools off completely. It should hold the new shape. If not, heat it and bend again.

Here's the bent piece next to the straight one after heating and re-forming.

The nozzles have already been glued in place.

I used a rolled piece of masking tape (sticky side out) to hold the circular base in place.

The tower sides stood straight up without too much coaxing. Just be sure the tops (actually now facing down and glued) are sitting all the way into the center of their positioning "Vs".

Time spent on build: 1:00 Warping plastic, gluing tower
Total time on build so far: 25:30
