Estes Thor Agena Build Part 2 Nozzle Fit

The nozzle was traced and redrawn in Corel Draw. The re-draw was needed because the SP-28 PDF print was a little big and the lines were grainy.
The upper shroud shows the print from the online SP-28 pattern sheet.
The lower nozzle is the sharper redraw.

One drawing was made. That first drawing was re sized at 101%, 102% and 103%
Downsizes of 99%, 98% and 97% were also made.

All were set on a master sheet and printed.
After forming the 100% shroud, I knew the best fit would be from the smaller end copies. The best fit was the 98% shroud.

Here's a dry fit of the RA-2050 ring on the inside of the nozzle shroud.
This was a simple dry fit.
I know, the ring should be even with the end of the BT-20J (2 3/4" long) engine mount tube. It'll be even when it gets glued.
