Semroc (Centuri) Excalibur KV-43 Build, Part 1, Parts

Here's all the parts -
The face card on the Semroc instructions shows another paint job - an overall light gray with the red decals. I'll do a more interesting decor.
The 12" parachute is one of the original Semroc (Centuri) style in yellow and black.
The original kit had plastic nose cone and adapter. With the fiber fins, this made for a quick build.
These body tubes are Centuri sized - ST-8 and ST-7. The engine mount centering rings seem thin, there's not much difference in the lower ST-8 body tube and the ST-7 motor mount tube diameters.

Lots of parts in the little zip lock bag -

Kevlar shock cord, elastic shock cord, launch lug, screw eye,
two centering rings and a thrust ring.

TRIVIA: Estes calls the glued in ring right above the engine a "Engine Block" Centuri called the same part a "Thrust Ring".
