Estes Saturn 1B, #7251 Build, Part 13, RCS Nozzles - Little GOTCHA!

Jumping around and jumping ahead - 
Don't cut the wire anchor slot yet - more on that later. This post is just for the RCS nozzles.

Drilling by spinning a knife blade tip will make the holes too large! Check the back of the RCS nozzles to see how small the glue pins really are.




The positioning wrap has holes drawn on it, but the circles are pretty big.

Use the marking wrap but use a sewing needle to mark the holes. 
Notice the small hole punched in the center of the position template circles.



Push the pin through the body tube holding the pin with pliers.

The picture on the right shows the hole size that better fits the back pin on the RCS nozzle.

Build time:
Wrap and Pin RCS Positions: 35 minutes
Total build time so far: 8 hours, 35 minutes
