The two provided launch lugs were longer than the top of the standoffs.
Tape was wrapped around a 1/8" dowel for support while cutting.
The lug (on the dowel) was turned under a razor blade.
The lug and standoff on the left shows how long the lug was before trimming to the top of the standoff.
The lug and standoff on the right is after trimming and sanding.
Be sure to sand some of the burnt brown edges off the fins and lug standoffs.
Some spray paints won't permeate (be absorbed) into the laser burnt edges.
