It's the pictorial and video record of launching a G.I. Joe "Action figure" atop his 9 3/4" diameter Mercury Redstone.
The G.I. Joe MR capsule was sold by Hasbro back in 1966. The astronaut flight suit was included.

A Level 3 launch, this Redstone stood over 10 feet tall!
