MPC Rocket Comparisons

I did some bouncing between websites to compare the available and upcoming models.
The prices in ( ) are the MPC prices from the Tower Hobbies website. Check them out HERE
Apogee sells some of the original kits as they are produced by Sky model rockets.

It's interesting to see the difference in prices for essentially the same parts model!
Licensing rights (for KISS, Star Trek and Looney Tunes graphics) really bump up the prices!

Duck Dodgers Star Traveler ($24.49) is the same as the
MPC Vintage #1 Red Giant ($21.99) (Shown at right)

Marvin Martian X-2 Invader ($19.79) is the same as the
MPC Vintage #2 Galactic Training Ship ($18.29) is the same as the
Sky Long March 3 - Apogee price $14.00

Porky's Cadet Cruiser ($19.79) is the same as the

The base designs and parts are made by Shaanxi Zhongtian Rocket Technologies Co., Ltd, based in central China. They are sold under the name of "Sky" model rockets.
