These are bicycle handle bar grips.
Sure they might have little fins on the backs, but the molded finger grips and trailing tassels were the giveaway.

ReplyDeleteI took a look at the listing for a laugh. Apparently they were manufactured by the Rocket L Corp., And that's why they were titled the way they were.
