Old OOP MPC Launcher & Controller Part 2

Here's what the Lunar-Lectric controller looked like in the box illustration.

Mine was just slightly different.
The package shows a white top piece. Mine was gray.

The box launch button is square, mine was round.
Certainly not a big deal, just a different version.

It's smaller than I thought it would be.
Still, much bigger than the Quest "grip" controller.

From the side, it fits the hand very well.

The top view.

The key doesn't have teeth on it. It does sport the MPC logo.

To make the continuity key work, it's slid into the notched hole at the top and a quarter turn makes continuity. The lower, wider end of the key is a positive contact with both sides of the copper strips inside.

The continuity lamp is labeled "Test".
Below that is the red "Ignite" button.

The button sticks when pressed down.
I'll have to open this up to clean and lubricate everything.
