The wide end of the other reducers were sanded even with their corresponding body tube diameters.The interiors of the tube ends were treated with thin CA applied with a Q-Tip. The CA was applied about 1/4" down from the top.
Sand the dried CA with 400 grit sandpaper to remove any roughness.
Use your block and 220 grit to sand the tube ends square for the next step.
The shoulder is set into the body tube and turned against the CA sanded lip. This helps square up the edge for a better fit and finish.
