BMS, Peter Alway Saturn V Model Profile Part 1

I've built a few different versions of the Saturn V.
While I get back to building the Dr. Zooch Saturn V, here's pictures of an earlier build of the BMS, Peter Alway Saturn V.
This finished model was a birthday gift for Bracha Smith of Jonrocket.com.

The kit parts are innovative. Most parts are laser cut. Many oof the gluing positions are laser cut into the body tube.

The glued card stock tower before painting.
The laser cut card stock tower sides are glued around an interior interlocked "X" piece.  The "X" piece is laser cut ply.

Notice the lower "Z"s are opposite each other.

The pre-cut vinyl wrap is applied.
This wrap eliminates some difficult masking.
