Mini Honest John Build Part 10 Engine Mount Install

Gluing an engine mount doesn't get much easier than this.
Apply a light bead of glue with the end of a dowel 1 1/2" inside the end of the body tube.
The instructions show a glue bottle being used to lay the glue bead.

You'll never get the glue nozzle that far inside the tube. Use a scrap stick or rounded dowel.

In the picture the bead of glue above the mount is smoothed out and the excess removed with a rounded dowel.

After the glue dried, some CWF was brushed over the tail end to get rid of the small gap between the body tube and centering ring.

You can see the added Kevlar rolled up inside the engine mount tube.
