The tunnels were set onto the laser cut line positions and taped in place.
The strips were cut close to the tunnel edges with a razor blade. Remove the strip ends between the tunnel lines.

The launch lug is glued in place.
Notice the tick marks at the centers of the tunnel and launch lug.
