Thinned Carpenter's Wood Filler will warp the fins when applied to only one side. Brush on one side of all the fins.
By the time all one side of the parts have a coat of CWF the first piece should be dry enough to handle and paint the other side.
When CWF is brushed on the other side it should counteract the warp as it dries.
After the CWF was mostly dry the fins were stacked and a weight placed on top. Any warp will be gone when both sides are dry.
After the CWF was sanded to surface all pieces were set down on tape for a shot of Primer/Filler.
These are fins parts for two kits.
Enlarge the picture to see some very shallow brush marks that should be sanded down before spraying with Primer/Filler.
Hold the fins up to a bright light to make sure all the CWF brush marks are gone.
