I had build this one years ago and was interested in trying it again when Estes brought it back as part of the Classics Collection. It was a fun build, this time I got all the balsa filled correctly before painting. The decals were the only disappointment.
We'll see if those trailing pod dowels last through a few landings.

DeleteI don't know - I've never launched it! I doubt those dowels would last on a hard landing. I tend to avoid launching models I know would get banged up, broken or loose parts.
