After gluing the nozzles into the vernier housing, a sharpened dowel was lightly spun in the inside wall to make it a rounder shape.
This sharp dowel also helps seat the point of the nozzle into the drilled hole.
Here's all three pieces of the detail work ready to be glued onto the rear centering ring.
I still have a little cleaning up to do on the open ends of the vernier nozzles.
