Estes Thor Agena B Build Part 44 Decals

This diagonal band was hard to get straight.
Be careful with home printed decals, if you stretch them the ink will crack under the clear coat!

The Estes instruction illustrations show the bands going right over the tops of the tunnels. Every picture I've found shows the black bands being cut off on the tunnel sides.
Look below the diagonal band and you'll see how the straight band was cut.

This is the bottom of the diagonal, you can see the overlap of the diagonal band over the horizontal stripe.

This is the top of the diagonal before it was cut with a razor blade.

You can cut right over the horizontal band and the cut shouldn't show.

From all the pictures and drawings I've seen, the diagonal bands make a complete turn around the body tubes.
This is the same for the lower band,too.

Notice the checkerboard is cut down the sides of the tunnel. Again,this is consistent with all the pictures I've seen.
