On the ends and corners you might have little paint "ticks".

While the paint hasn't totally dried and bonded to the color underneath, you can straighten it without scraping.

With the side of your knife, push the paint tick back and onto the black on the fin.
I'm not scraping off the black but simply pushing it back.

There was a small over spray right on the corner of the upper fin.

A Mr. Clean magic sponge was dampened and lightly rubbed on the black spot to remove it.
Don't overdo it! Too much friction will take off the black and the orange underneath.
