Cut the centers out first.
Use a SHARP knife, this homemade card stock is thick!
Note that I cut INSIDE the drawn line. This is because you traced around the outside of the motor mount tube and the drawn diameter is too big for a good fit.
I cut the outside circle with scissors a little inside the line for the same reasons explained earlier.
Stack the rings and clean up the inside edge with sandpaper.
While sanding, check the fit on the motor mount tube often. You are trying to get a good friction fit.
