Patreon Supporters!

Two months back I started support donations for the blog through Patreon. I want to thank those who have supported the blog -
Eric, James, John, Scott, Jeff, Alan, Sean, Neil and Frank.

To make a living in Model Rocketry you have to have "many income streams".
For me these include - Ebay build auctions, custom builds, magazine articles, Odd'l Rocket kit and accessory sales, blog advertising and Patreon.

I had hoped Patreon response would be larger considering the blog gets about 1,200 hits a day worldwide. I do appreciate the support already received.

  1. I find my self often wishing you had a better Macro and high speed setup. Perhaps you could add to your list. You never know...

Lord knows you get enough experience in those subjects, I bet you could scale up to crisper photography in no time.

    1. Hi Scott,
I usually set the picture resolution at about 250 kb, that way the pages load quick for most everybody. The only pictures that don't have a great resolution are the launch pictures taken in burst mode. I can't get any closer to the rockets at a club launch. That and my camera is a good one, not a great one!
