Now that the fins are dry, they can be cut out.
Using the smaller side (already cut to size) as a cutting guide, use a straightedge and cut through all three layers.
The picture shows the back after cutting. The cuts were made from the other side. This way there is no gluing and cutting alignment problems, especially with something this small.
This method also gives you a rounded leading edge.
