Do It Yourself Baffle Part 3

I checked the old Centuri catalogs for how many holes went on each side of the baffle.

This is the upper Baffle disk with 8 holes spread out evenly on the outside of the disk.

The lower disk (facing the engine) has one hole in the direct center and six holes spaced closely around it.

That's my rotary punch being used again.

Be sure to coat all surfaces with white glue before gluing it all together.
Here's the finished baffle with the lower disk facing you.
You could attach a shock cord to the upper disk through a couple of slits.

This baffle was made for an upcoming model, a variation of the Big Bertha. Mine will be called the Big Girtha.
