Cut the excess off close using scissors.






Then shave off the paper very close to the balsa with a single edge razor blade.





At this point I smoothed some thin CA over the edges to harden the paper and close up any gaps. This makes the edges easier to sand and ensures the paper wont lift up later on.

Finally sand the edges square with 220 grit sandpaper on a block.
