Do It Yourself Baffle Part 2



Here I'm gluing a strip of 110 lb. cardstock to both sides of the slit tube.
Cut it oversize and trim up the edges when dried.

It won't take much glue. Leave it in the tube when drying. Turn it occasionally to be sure you haven't glued it inside the tube.

Under the coupler, that's some homemade fiberboard. It's three-ply made up of 110 lb. cardstock, cereal box cardboard and 110 lb. cardstock.

Trace around the coupler you just made and cut out the dircles.
These ends of the baffle will glue against the ends of the coupler, not inside.
