I rounded the styrene fins using 400 grit sandpaper on a sanding block.
Here's the fins ready to be glued on the body tube.
Before gluing the main fins take a look at the drawings.
The leading edge of the main fin doesn't go all the way to the tube separation as shown. The leading edge stops about 1/4" below the break.
